Shipping Policy – HB Supply

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using automated shipping services.
  • Available shipping options (such as Priority Mail or Ground Advantage) will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or promotional shipping options.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and selected USPS service. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout.
  • Please note that USPS delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS system.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes that require signatures, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • HB Supply is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS with your tracking number. We will assist if further action is required.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
