Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from HB Supply. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase (or receipt if shipped) to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
Condition of Items
To be eligible, items must be new, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return (Approval Required)
All returns must be approved in advance. Email us at returns@hillbrotherssupply.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
Where to Return
- By Mail: Ship returns to HB Supply, 625 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH 03054.
- In Store: You may bring eligible items directly to the store at the address above.
Return Costs and Fees
- Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to send items back.
- All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
Refunds
- By Mail: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Funds are returned to the original payment method.
- In Store: Refunds are processed the same day after inspection. Please note that credit card providers may take up to 3 business days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest method is to return the product per the steps above and place a new order once your return is approved.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. HB Supply does not offer any additional warranty, but we are happy to assist you with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- HB Supply reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
