Returns

14-Day Return Policy

Summary: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened items only. Buyer pays return shipping. A 5% restocking fee applies. Refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Eligibility & conditions

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with tags and accessories.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and any customs/import fees on international returns.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except for verified defects.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Fees & shipping

  • Restocking fee: 5% of the item price (deducted from refund).
  • Buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked carrier and we recommend insuring high-value returns.
  • If returned item is missing parts or not in resalable condition we may deduct additional amounts or refuse the refund.

Defective or damaged items

Report defects or shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. For verified defects we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund and cover return shipping where appropriate. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refund amount = Item price − 5% restock fee − original shipping (if non-refundable). Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. We will inspect returns and process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return.

How to return (customer steps)

  1. Email hillbrotherssupply@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We will reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  3. Ship the item with the RMA clearly written on the outside. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
  4. Email the tracking number to hillbrotherssupply@gmail.com.
  5. After we receive and inspect the return we will issue the refund minus applicable fees.

Exchanges

Exchanges allowed for the same unopened item only and only if the replacement is in stock. Customer pays return shipping. If you prefer an exchange, state this when requesting the RMA.

Exceptions / final sale

Clearance, final sale, and consumables are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective. List specific final-sale SKUs here if needed.

Additional protections & notes

  • We may refuse returns that show signs of use or tampering.
  • We may request additional photos or information to verify condition before approving a return.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
